SHIPPING POLICY 

Order Processing Time

All orders are made to order through our production partner, Printful.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • This includes printing, framing (if applicable), and packaging

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-demand periods

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order is produced, shipping times are estimated as follows:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Mexico: 7–12 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carriers, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type (canvas, framed artwork, etc.)

  • Order size

We aim to provide the most efficient and reliable shipping options available.

International Orders – Customs & Duties

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes

  • These fees are not included in the product or shipping price

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via email

  • Real-time updates on your shipment status

Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple production facilities through Printful:

  • Items in the same order may be shipped separately

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to address errors

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos (if damaged)

  • We will work with Printful to resolve the issue promptly

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier issues
